ad won't show up

At first I got a ad that won't play like had no play pause button. So I logged out/in and went and shuffled on a Playlist and I heard anhad but it didn't pop up or show it was playing at the bottom and after no music so I press shuffle again and it said you have to get premium to listen add free. But no add came up or showed thart I could watch one at the bottom of the screen. So I logged out/in a few things same thing waited an hour sane thing logged out/in again still telling me I have to upgrade and no add. And when I exit the app it doesn't show up in notifications before it would say that a ad is playing.
