Hey
Since I changed the settings the sound volume changes all the time and it doesn't stop.
I changed the equalizer to Normal again but nothing happend

What EQ are you using? Is it the stock Android one?

Have you restarted your phone? Are you on Android Lollipop, if so please disable nuplayer from Developer Settings.

Spotify just taps into whatever EQ is active on your device, it's not actually a part of the Spotify app so the issue is most likely with the device.
