My Question or Issue

Hello

I tried playing music through my LG tv app and it doesn't work. I've tried turning tv off and on, same with wifi and also tried a different wifi, also tried uninstalling the app but it still doesn't work. The app opens up and it lets me select a playlist but when I press play or select a song it doesn't start playing. Everything works correctly on a smartphone or PC. Help!

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

If you have problems with the app on your LG TV, we'd suggest that you restart the device, reboot your Wi-Fi and make sure that the connection is strong and not interrupted by something.
 

In case the issue persists, we'd recommend that you check for a pending update for both your Spotify App and the TV. If you see one available - make sure to install it and check if you'll still experience this. Make sure to restart your TV if you'll be performing this action.
