can i only hear explicit versions?

I dont want to hear the edited version of songs, I only want to hear the original (sometimes explicit) versions. when I looked at "settings" I couldnt find the explicit option. what can be done?

Hi! 

So, from my understanding, Spotify only plays the explicit versions of songs if you're 18 or older. You can try setting your birthday a few years back. 

You may also want to look on the artist's profile to see if the explicit version of the song is on Spotify or if it has been removed. If it's the explicit version, there should be a small "E" symbol next to the title of the song.
