can't casting my chromecast audio

Hi mate

I can't casting to my chomecast audio, turnin radio is working fine
I have see the available device, and also can see my chomecast audio
but after a while "connecting..." than no change on it.have n't casting, and the wording back to "available device".

I am using HTC desire 530, I have reinstall spotify, reset my wifi, change my wifi secutriy method, wifi ssi , reset chomecast

I have no idea whats going on. plz I also don't wanna unsubscribe but why I need to paid a non work services ?
