can't log in

I recently got a new phone and can't log into my account it keeps saying we're having trouble try again later, at least 5or6 times. Is anyone else receiving this message on androids?

Not aware of any issues. Are you using a facebook login or username?

Thanks. What device are you using and which version of android? I see you're using a 4G connection. Any chance you can try over wifi? If not, please try power cycling your phone and try again.
