can't pause songs into android app

Operating System: Android

App version: 8.5.20.857

Just some weeks ago when I try to pause a song into the app, it start again after few seconds.

I tried cleanning the cache and also reinstslling the app....and nothing....

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If the issue persists try using Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline devices options from your Spotify account.
