can't play spotify

am using latest version of spotify app i also login log out app am reinstalling app also but the spotify does not play

If the app is crashing after a few seconds of playback, it could be related to damaged cache stored in your device from previous updates. We understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps including reinstalling. However, we’d like to suggest a clean reinstall as this is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble. 


In case the issue persists, to keep investigating, include in your next response the make, model and OS version of the device involved, along with the Spotify version you're currently running and a brief description of the problem to have a better look at it.
