facebook story redirects to spotify main page

The issue i have is some Facebook stories on facebook app on my phone redirect to main spotify page in spotify for android and not the webpage. I have open in external web browser enabled in facebook settings and some facebook stories are redirecting to spotify app and stopping music playback. Anyone have any way to fix this?

We suggest you restart the device on which you experience this issue. This basic step is very simple, but often overlooked. Give it another try after the restart to check of you observe the same.
