green rectangle by songs on playlist

i have an rca 7 voyager tablet.  on my playlist sometimes a green rectangle appears by the songs and it moves the songs around. when this happens i can't move the song to a different playlist.  my questions are what is this, how did i get it on there and how can i make it stop?  thanks

Can you provide a screenshot? It could be the icon showing a locally available track... i.e. one transferred from your PC. If so you won;t be able to move it to another playlist as it's fixed.
