I signed up for the 30 day free trial on spotify to try it out. after the trial ended supposely it charged me for a premium account and I was unaware of this until my bank notified me about the transaction. how can I get a refund because I dont think its fair that they charge you when you just signed up for a free subscription.

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.

Here goes, same process each time : launch catlog, then swtich to Spotify and play for a few secs and stop log. I could hear the issue in the last version, the other was playing OK.
