lost all music saved

hey there

Maybe the question has been asked a million times, so i am sorry if I ask again.

Due to the fact that my Samsung Galaxy S4 didn't work anymore after the update to lollipop I had to do a factory reset. I of course backed up everything and installed it again and everything works fine. Except all my music on spotify is not there anymore. does anyone know how I can get it back on my phone?

It also seems to be that I am one of the persons where spotify says I have the free version even though i have the premium account. Don't know if this is causing the issue.

I got the standard answer that i probably logged on to a second account, which i realised I have. So I tried both , but nothing works...
