memory full

I have the free trial and im trying to sync my playlist today coz i added some songs on my playlist but it says my memory is full but i checked my ram and rom and sd memory is not full i need help if we can transfer files and if yes how..

What device are you trying to synch music to and how much free storage space does it have?

I was trying to sync it with my sony xperia acro s and my internal memory has 9gig available space while my sd card is 2gig

Hi. Could you post a screenshot of the memory bar shown at the top of the desktop client when you click on your mobile under devices plese. It should look like this.

Please also post the exacct free storage shown in android settings/storage for:

• Memory
• Internal SD
• External SD
