no indication on album version

Ive just listened to heist by macklemore and some songs ive downloaded a long time ago are censored.found another version of the album without it. But,there is no indication which playlist is which.can you change it?

Whether or not a song is explicit isn't found in the Spotify meta-data, so there would be no way to add a graphic notification as to that info.
