no puedo escuchar canciones en el modo offline

al poner el modo offline aún teniendo descargada la música no me deja reproducirla, aparece una etiqueta que dice "esta canción no está disponible" cuando intento reproducir cualquier canción

Have you tried performing a clean reinstall of the app as described here? If this did not bring any change, could you post you device info in this ongoing issue thread? Also make sure to go over the checklist in the thread and provide the extra info. This way we can narrow down on the reasons for this behavior.
