Kia ora from New Zealand,

 

First of all, I think it's ridiculous Spotify doesn't have a freephone number for customer inquiries - not EVERYONE (including me) has time to sift through Google in order to inform you of a fault toward your Premium service....

Now, why do random music tracks stop for no reason or stop playback to the next track with no instruction from me to do so? Ever since I upgraded to Spotify Premium, after instructing Spotify to 'Shuffle Play' an Artist's music after searching for it....why is is Spotify only playing one song (or not even one whole song) and stopping? Last thing I want going on while I'm driving to and from work??

I found this only happened when I was playing unfinished 'downloaded' playlists and I wasn't connected to wifi . THis will obviously depend on your download settings. 

 

 

 

Just to make sure we have the basics out the way:

- Have you got the latest version of Spotify installed?

- Have you tried installing a fresh copy of the app? (especially since upgrading to Premium)
