playlists not playing

Hi! I have been using Spotify Premium on my android for months. However, it just stopped playing my tracks. It wont play either the downloaded ones or stream while online. I tried reinstalling, too! Can you help me?

Do you get an error, are the tracks greyed out, any messages at the bottom of the screen, have you checked you premium subscription payment went through this month, does it look like its playing but with no sound? More information needed before anyone can answer more helpfully
