podcast not working on Mobile

Since yesterday on my mobile phone i am having problems with my list of podcasts. it is showing a very old list of podcasts that i previously followed, i am unable to follow or unfollow other podcasts, my username is showing as a long list of letters and numbers , i have noticed this also on some but not all playlist compilers that i follow. i am, also having playback problems with podcasts, that they randomly stop. i have tried a hard uninstall reinstall but this has not solved the problem. on my laptop i do not have this problem, the list is correct and up to date.

I seem to have fixed it by formatting my SD card
