spotify connect dosn't show my desktop

I playing music from my Desktop (Linux Debian Jessie 64 Bit), and i want to handle the player from my android devide (LG G2) through the spotify connect and it dosn't recognize that the desktop player is connected.

P.S: I have premium account.

Spotify connect hasn't yet been added to the desktop client, which is why you don't see it I'm afraid.

"hasn't yet" = Pioneer, Onkyo, Dennon and co. payed enough to not implement it?

"hasn't yet" = premium customers come last?

Just trying to figure out a logical reason ..
