spotify crashes when using 3g connection

Hi,guys!

I'm having a problem with spotify when I'm using my 3g connection. It just doesn't work,keeps crashing all the time . It keeps saying that I'm offline ,even though I'm not. Meanwhile,all my apps are working just fine: youtube,my browser,my online games,etc.Only spotify won't work. when I'm on wifi works fine,the bug happens when I'm using 3g. By the way,me mobile is a Moto E and I got android 4.4.4 running.

Can you please help me? It would be great!!

2. What's your Spotify app version?
3. What's your carrier?

My spotify version is 1.7.0.830

My Android version is 4.4.4

My device is a motorola Moto E.

I hope you can find a solution for this annoying issue.
