spotify does not synchronize new songs - solution wanted

Hi, 

i have seen very long threads about this topic and many users have the same problem. i am looking for a simple and short solution. sorry, but i do not have the time to read hundrets of posts... and i pay for this service.

the problem:

spotify does not synchronize new songs. there are serveral old songs that remains downloaded, but all new ones are repeatetly downloaded every time i want to listen zu them. if i have a slow internet connection, i cannot listen to them.

can anybody tell me about a solution???
