spotify keeps undownloading playlists

spotify keeps undownloading playlists

I have had my Samsung galaxy s4 for 18 months & my spotify premium has had no issues but for the last 5 wks or so it keeps on undownloading my offline playlists on a daily basis. Also keeps asking me to log back in.
What is causing this & what can I do to fix it as it's driving me mad!!!

I think you'd benefit from a clean install. Please read the guide linked below for details on getting a completely clean install of the Spotify app. This should be the first step and can help resolve issues such as:

- Black screen on startup
- Offline data not storing on SD card
- Random crashes or FC's
- Track degradation or skipping
- Playlists and tracks no longer available

It happened to me constantly on my iPhone and now on my Android phone.  It may be the best app around for music but if this keeps happening I will go elsewhere - I use about 12 Gb and having to reset all the downloads and wait for the music is a pain.
