suggested songs

I have been using Spotify for awhile, and know that a playlist with less than 12 songs, or one dominant with one artist will have suggested songs for variety. However I have an 80+ song playlist, with 25-30+ artists. I was wondering if the amount of artists/songs has changed or anything because I'm getting suggested songs which I personally don't care for. And I would like to find a way to be rid of them asap.
