title not playing

using Spotify free on android when i select a title it only plays 20 secs the switches to another title. I have tried to disable shuffle but the toggle has disappeared. I am using a tablet with  a screen in excess of 7 inch. This was initially working perfrctly with the toggle available. I have reinstalled to no avail.

In case a simple reinstall didn't help you resolve this issue it's a good idea to try a clean reinstall of the app as well. We recommend this step for being more thorough in removing corrupted data that could be causing the issue. 

If this persists after the clean reinstall, send us a screenshot showing the missing shuffle toggle. Just attach the image to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at the issue.
