unable to log in

hi

 

I am using the same email and password as to log into web interface but I am getting this message "Unable to log in. Either username or password is incorrect".

 

Any idea what to do?

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

Could you try resetting your password? Just enter your Spotify username or email address into our password reset form. When you do so, we'll send you an email with a link to create a new password.

 

Didn't work? If you don't receive the reset password email, check your spam/junk filters.
