won't play songs? ?

My spotify hasn't been playing for days - every time I select shuffle play on any list or song it says to get premium for ad free... so I try to watch an ad and it always shows the same thing - some images about going premium but not a proper ad - and still doesn't work? I don't have an ad blocker or anything and never had a problem before....

Hi @laurenmichelle1 if you've been having this playback problem for days perhaps the best solution is to try a reinstall of your Spotify app. You can follow instructions to do that here:
