Android Auto does not show Local Files

I have Samsung A13 5G Android 12

Spotify 8.7.90.544

I use Android Auto in my car. To avoid network charges I use Offline mode. Spotify does not show the local files folder when Android Auto is operating. If I start a track before connecting, it will continue on the Android Auto, and move to next track, but there seems to be no way to select a track.
