Hi. I have received an email from Apple saying that my Spotify account was discontinued. I can’t understand why. They ask me to contact Spotify. Can you help me please? I have Spotify since 2015. Been paying every month since then. I don’t want to lose my account. Thanks.

Could you please attach a screenshot of the email in question, along with the address the email was sent from?
