Can i stop receiving an specific ad?

PLEASE there´s just one ad that i hate so much, its too loud and freaks me out.

Is there a way to select it and stop it from appearing?

Hi Almii! I was just hoping you had found a way to resolve your issue? There is an ad currently on high rotation in my region that is triggering panic attacks for me and 'disliking' the ad doesn't do anything at all.
