Cannot Unfollow a podcast

I followed a podcast that has since been removed from Spotify a few months ago (The Feynman Lectures on Physics) but it still appears in my list of podcasts with no picture and sometimes no title. When I select the podcast to try to see more details, an error appears and there is no option to Unfollow. Here is what I have tried so far:

Android: Tapping and holding causes the screen to briefly flash, no options appear. Tapping the podcast moves to the next screen but shows error "Something went wrong Have another go? [Try again] and has no other content.

Desktop: Right-clicking has no effect, no menu appears. Selecting podcast shows a page with the text (!) Couldn't find that page Search for something else?

Any ideas on how I can remove this dead podcast from my list?
