Cannot recover playlists from deleted Folder

So I tried out this Folder feature and added a bunch of my playlists to it, to keep my stuff organized. I did not have the custom order option, so when I tried to move one of the playlists I added, it wouldn't budge or move where I wanted to click and drag it. I figured, "I'll just delete it and start all over," thinking it'd move all of my playlists that I added back into My Library. That's not what happened. I deleted the folder and expected to see them where they were previously, in My Library, but I couldn't find them anywhere. I tried hitting ctrl+z (and yes, I tried ctrl+shift+z), I tried recovering it through the account settings but it didn't even show up in the list. I'm really upset because they were my Spotify Wrapped. I was able to find 4 out of the 6 I lost because I had listened to them recently, and I found them in my Recently Played. If I had known it did what it did when I hit "delete," I wouldn't have made the Folders in the first place. I didn't even see an option to move the playlists back into My Library from the Folder. I looked for a "contact us" or "email support" page, but I was led here to these forums/threads. If anybody could help, I'd really appreciate it. I'm so upset.

Hi there @rosie-picori

I'm glad a Spotify Support agent was able to help you out!

For future reference, you can usually search for "Wrapped [year]" and your Wrapped should show up in the search results. Sometimes this does not work though.

You said that the deleted playlists didn't show up on your Playlist Recovery page? That's strange. I would think they should.

The Spotify community is usually the first resource Spotify directs users to for most problems (other than payment). Many users here are very knowledgeable. Sometimes, the Community is unable to help with more specific, backend problems. If that's the case, you can contact an agent in the footer of the Spotify support page (or use this link.)

EDIT:  I was able to find the chat to speak to a Spotify rep, and we were able to resolve it.

Yep, that's pretty much what happened. I didn't know that, I thought only public playlists showed up in the search results, so I didn't think to try it. I found them and added them back to my library. 🙂
