Change Country Greyed out

Hi,

I have moved to canada and trying to change my country from UK to Canada but the option on the drop down menu is greyed out. I am trying to set up duo plan with me and my partner and we need to change country. Can anyone offer any help?

Hi, how are you?

To use it longer, change your account settings:

Log in to your account page.

Click EDIT PROFILE.

Scroll down to Country or Region and select the new location from the drop-down list. Note: The new location will only be displayed when you are actually in it.

Click SAVE PROFILE.

If that doesn't work, try clearing the app's cache.
