Combining playlists or a master playlist

We need a way to quickly combine playlists or an entire library. Sure, you can add song after song but with a couple 100 songs that gets old quick.

Spotify should add the "Master Playlist" feature. Or at least have an option to combine all downloaded content into one playlist.
