Commercials for subscribers???

Why am I hearing commercials now when I try to listen to a playlist? I don’t remember hearing commercials before and I pay a monthly subscription fee. It’s annoying when I’m trying to hear a calming playlist for my puppy and a blaring loud commercial comes on followed by another and another.

My first suggestion is that you double check if your subscription is currently Premium, by clicking on the link bellow:

https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

If it says Free, you might be logged in another account you might have - just check your log in credentials in this case.
