When I try to add the Spotify streaming channel on my 5 month new 55S31 TCL Roku TV it fails to install an icon/channel on the home page. in order to try to launch I have to return to the channel store where I selected the Spotify app/channel to install and it shows the Spotify channel as being added so, when I click on the 'Go to channel' the screen briefly goes grey and then back to the Spotify channel store screen...or totally 'Fails to Launch.
