On Mar.21st, I reported an issue about the abnormal cellular usage on my phone. That in 3 hours 20GB was consumed. I spent 25 EUR on that amount of cellular network. I was asked by the supporter to ignore the feedback. But until now I haven’t received any feedback. Can you please provide some ideas on how to avoid that again?
