How to export my listening data?

So I plan on cancel Spotify family plan due to this horrible new home screen.

I want my family members to be able export their listening data in case they choose to go back to Spotify when I cancel. I'd also like to be able to import my data to Amazon Music or Tidal after I cancel.

Is this something that is even possible? If not, I'm still going to cancel, but wanted to know if it's possible.
