How to remove a song from all future recommendations?

I have tried adding it to a playlist, then removing it. It appears again as recommended.

I have seen a similar thread about the same topic but was closed due to lack of interest which is very-very hard to believe. The primary reason a Youtuber or someone with an extensive own collection such as myself comes to Spotify is the much more advanced algorithm that spits out music we like more accurately. But if I have to press REFRESH 5x times (a few of those error out) every time I enter the app just to skip through the same 'irrelevant' recommendations to continue building my playlist, something is not right.

Could you please pick up this topic again, and contemplate introducing a 'Not interested' button? Preferably with an array of options such as:

- Never recommend this song again.

- Never recommend this or a variation of this song (extended, vocal, instrumental, remixes) again.

- Never recommend songs from this Artist again.
