How to remove offline devices

I have 5 offline devices, but most of them are no longer available to me.

How do I remove devices. The remove offline devices option in menu no longer exists.

The option to delete offline devices from your account is no longer available if you don't have access to that specific device. But there's nothing to worry about as this option is still available with customer support.

However, since we cannot access users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly on any of those channels (excluding Community) so they can check the account and help you deleting the offline devices.
