I need help with this issue!

Hi I’m blind kid so I’m using the screen called voiceover with my Apple device do you know anyway so I entered into my Spotify account and something ugly graded my fingers so I tapped on a podcast and the show that I like and when I was in the show that I said that I liked I found something a bullet and two tabs all of the shows anymore like system I clicked on the all episodes tab and I had to swipe but I could not find it so I have to click near the top of my screen near the home button, can anyone help me with this issue!?
