Issues with Canvas

It's been a while since the canvas has been introduced and I personally have used it, but now there is a slight issue I face. The issue is that no matter what I try, I just cannot see the canvas option in my settings, now I know it's a problem in my device, but I don't know the exact problem, and I LOVE THE CANVAS FEATURE since it was introduced, and now, it's gone.

Im not able to upload anything from Spotify to Instagram and Snapchat.  Even though my Canvas is on ..i tried doing several things but nothing worked ...
