Multi-selecting songs

Multi-selecting songs

I have read everywhere that to add multiple songs to a playlist at the same time, for Apple users you hold the command key and start selecting, which does not work.  None of the special keys seem to do this.  I want to transfer my liked songs to an actual playlist and individually selecting 900+ songs is unreasonable.

Thank you

Hi @dvr2formusic,

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

If you’re using the desktop app on a Mac computer, you should be able to select all of the tracks in your Liked Songs by going to that playlist and pressing command + A (or clicking Edit -> Select All from the dropdown menu at the top-left of the screen).

Another way that you should be able to select all the tracks in your Liked Songs is by left-clicking the first song there once, then scrolling down to the last song, and holding the shift key while then left-clicking that last song.

Let me know how this goes, as well as if you have any other questions.

Have a good day!
