Notification Panel Disappeared

I think after an update, my notification panel that used to tell me who recently followed me or liked my playlists, has disappeared. I don't know what to do. Anybody got an idea what's wrong or what I'm supposed to do?

I agree. I have submitted the request for Spotify to bring back the notification panel as an Idea, so hopefully it will catch on and they'll bring it back!
