Spotify deduct 2 x in a month 

Both are the same amount they have diffrent references one is spotify the other one is otify

Hiya HanriBasson, so if you've been charged twice for your Spotify subscription in the same month and you are unsure why, you can contact Spotify customer support for assistance.

Here's how you can contact Spotify customer support:

  1. Go to the Spotify website and click on the "Help" button at the bottom of the page.

  2. Select the category that best describes your issue, or type your question into the search bar.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Contact us" button.

  4. Select the option to contact Spotify via email or chat.

  5. Follow the instructions to explain your issue and provide any relevant information, such as the dates and amounts of the charges.
