Picked for you... really

On my iOS Home Screen I get "Picked For You" occupying a chunk of the screen, seemingly promoting a playlist from a Netflix production. I'm guessing some money has changed hands to advertise to premium subscribers. 

Helpfully there's an option to say I'm not interested... but despite clicking it the recommendation/advert is there every time. 

Can it ever be removed? Or must it remain forever hogging the Home Screen like the single book I once mistakenly clicked on in the desktop app?

Just saw this for the first time on my Galaxy S23, but it was for a video podcast, there needs to be an option to turn this off.  I don't trust their suggestions, and I didn't ask for them.
