Radio playlist keeps chaning

Hi,

This has been happening for about a month and it drives me mad. It affects both the iOS and Mac app, maybe others but I haven't tested.

When you create a radio playlist based on a song, it will randomly change what's in the playlist and stop playing from the playlist you expected. For example, in iOS if you switch back the app the radio playlist will suddenly change.

Today, on the Mac app, I created a radio playlist, within that playlist I clicked an artist to view their page, and when I navigated back with the back button, the playlist totally changed while I was looking at it.
