Filled out the survey, got all the way to the end and got this. Since the app itself is broken right now too, I guess it is almost poetic that the Spotify Community website would also be failing.
I thought all the failures of the Android App after Dec 2022 update were rock bottom, but I was wrong. You found a new bottom with a survey tool that fails, and upon failing throws away all the feedback.
