Spotify Wrapped personalized message missing?

I heard from others that the personalised messages from top artists would be given in the "Your Artists Revealed" playlist, but this playlist and the message is nowhere to be seen in my Wrapped section.

My app is at the latest version and I have all other features of Wrapped. Lack of listening data also wouldn't be an issue as I have around 34,000 minutes total and 13,000+ minutes (top 0.1%) on my top artist.

Wondering if this is because Spotify is still rolling out the playlist? Did I not meet the criteria for the message? Or does my country (Singapore) not have access to the personalised message feature? 😥

Forgot to mention that other people have already recieved the message from my top artist, so my top artist has recorded and put up the video as well ^^'

this happened to me at first, it'll show up eventually on the home page. just try reopening the app a few times

i have this issue as well and i'm sure least one of my top artists have made a video. also i checked on my cousins Spotify and she received like eight videos all from people who weren't on her main stats

Same here... some people are talking about recieving multiple videos from people they haven't even listened to, but no videos show up for me at all :,)

I’m in the the US and having issues with it . My sister got to see her artist message but it doesn’t pop up for me at all and we have some similar top artists.

Hello everyone. i am a Spotify user, I live in France (I'm French).

I have a problem with my Spotify Wrapped 2022 story. It contains my Top Artists, my Top Genres, my Top Titles, my listening time. Even the differents moods of the day.

Everything, except the Listening Personality.

I made multiple tries to resolve this problem, but it didn't work.

What should I do to have my Listening Personality ?

I also have the same issue. I am 0.05% of the listeners of my top #1 artist but they're not part of my Artists Messages in my Spotify profile. I was actually looking forward to it but it's not there no matter how many days I've been checking on it.

I have a listening time of 122k minutes with 35k+ on my top artist (0.001%) and yet the artist message option is not there.
