Spotify wrapped not personalised

Spotify wrapped is showing up but it isn't personalised. It's only showing me top artists and albums from 2022, upcoming events but nothing personalised except merchandise recommendations. 😒 

I already have the latest version. I've logged out and logged back in again. I've forced stop on my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing has worked.
