Uninvited joins blend

A random person who I do not know or have contact with has join my family’s blend. We could not remove them and had to create a new one and leave the old. I assume they were just typing out random letters and numbers to see if they can get into a blend. I can guarantee that I did not invite them. If anyone knows why this happened or how to stop it from happening please share!!
